Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Return & Exchange Process
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange authorization.
Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Clearly indicate whether you’re requesting a refund or exchange.
Ship your return to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Socks (for hygiene reasons)
- Hats & Gloves (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that show signs of wear or have been used
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items purchased on final sale (as indicated in product description)
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
Exchanges typically take 2-3 weeks to process, including shipping time for the new item.

International Returns
